Step One

Original or photocopy of highest university degree must be endorsed by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Step Two

Take the above document to be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Step Three

Have the endorsed document, above, endorsed by a UAE Consulate or Embassy.
