What the Library Catalog Is NOT!

 

	Do NOT use the library catalog to look for articles from magazines, journals or newspapers.  Use article databases or quick find to find articles from these types of sources and to find article references or citations. Magazine, journal or newspaper articles are not accessed via the library catalog.
	The library catalog is not used to find Web sites (except Web sites that host e-books). Use Internet search engines (like Google, Altavista, Yahoo, etc.) to find Web sites.
