Biography   Luis Leamus, Senior Vice President of META Group Mr. Leamus’s more than 20 years of experience in the global IT industry spans business development, marketing, financial analysis and strategic planning. He is a leading authority on IT implications of mergers/acquisitions, global governance models, and integration strategies. His international business background and multilingual communication skills (English, German, Italian, and Spanish) provide a strong global perspective to his analytic insight. Before joining META Group’s Executive Directions service, Mr. Leamus led the company’s Server Infrastructure Strategies group in EMEA. Prior to joining META Group in 1997, he was business development manager at Informix and held several European marketing and product management positions at Borland International and at Digital Equipment Corporation in the US, Germany, and France. Mr. Leamus received an MS degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytecnic Institute and participated in Business Administration graduate programs at Harvard University.
