Introduction of HSK

The HSK is an international standardized exam that tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. It assesses non-native Chinese speakers' abilities in using the Chinese language in their daily, academic and professional lives.

HSK consists of nine levels, namely the HSK (level I), HSK (level II), HSK (level III), HSK (level IV), HSK (level V), HSK (level VI),HSK(levelⅦ-Ⅸ) . The Written test consists of 3 parts: Listening, Reading and Writing. HSKK is the Speaking test which consists of 3 levels,HSKK (Primary level), HSKK (Intermediate level) and HSKK (Advanced level).

Who can do the HSK test in CIZU?

Any Chinese language learner in the UAE is welcome to register HSK in CIZU. You can register online https://www.chinesetest.cn by yourself or contact the HSK teacher in CIZU - Ms. WANG Yuzhen - wang.yuzhen@zu.ac.ae / 0528981653.

How to register for HSK tests

1. Register for the test on the Chinese testing portal

2. Click on the link http://www.chinesetest.cn 

3. Click on New User. It will direct to the Login page, Click on New User in this page.

4. Accept “I have read and agree to registration agreement”

5. You will be directed to Accounts creating page. Enter all required information and submit.

6. Once the details are submitted, it will take you to the Log In page. Log In using your User name and Password.

7. Select the test level

8. If you are not sure about 6 and 7 above, please contact the test administrator wang.yuzhen@zu.ac.ae 

9. Select the test center as Confucius Institute, Zayed University, test format and other info as required

10. Fill out required personal information

11. Upload your photo and confirm registration.

12. The Test Administrator will confirm your registration and send you the payment link.

13. Use the link you received to pay online

14. You will be receiving a payment confirm notification on your registered email address along with the Payment Receipt.

Once the payment is successful, you will receive a notification email for your test. The test is paper based, you are required to visit Designated campus to sit for the test. The test result will be provided 40 days from the test date.
