Submissions

Submissions are welcome in five categories. Participants will have a chance to be published in abstracts and short papers in the E-book and to win one of the presentation awards.

Live Demos: Present a novel application, system, or tool you have fully developed—a live demo of how it works.
Poster Presentations: Present your project in an exhibit-style setting with a poster.
Short Paper Presentations: Present research with a concise report of significant research work in a short oral presentation style.
Conference Full Paper Track Presentation: Submit a comprehensive research paper presenting substantial results and methodologies that align with the Conference Theme: “AI Innovations for a Better Tomorrow."
Workshop Full Paper Track Presentation: Submit a comprehensive research paper presenting substantial results and methodologies that align with the Workshop Themes. Please check the Workshop tab to learn more about the workshop registration and theme.

Submission Guidelines for Abstract and Short Papers

- Submissions must be written in English.
- You may include one or more co-authors, but the first author must be an undergraduate or a graduate student.
- Multiple submissions are allowed.
- Please use this MS Word template for your Abstract submission.
- Please use this MS Word template for your Short Paper (two pages) submission.

- All submissions must be made through EasyChair. If you don't have an account, create one—it’s free and takes only a few minutes. After logging in, create a new submission, fill in the required information, and upload your abstract as an MS Word (.doc or .docx) file.

Submission Guidelines for Posters

- The poster must be submitted in A0 size (841x1189 mm) with a landscape orientation and in a PDF file format.
- The research poster must have a white background.
- The research poster must include the conference logo, your university logo, the research title, and the names of the researchers.
- The content of the research poster should contain an introduction, a statement of the research question or problem, the objective, and the methodology.
- The research poster must be reviewed and approved by the supervisor before being uploaded to the website.
- The final research poster must be uploaded using this link.
- Research posters that do not follow the above guidelines and conditions will not be considered.

Submission Guidelines for Full Papers (Aligned with Conference/Workshop theme)

- Submissions must be written in English.
- Please use this IEEE template in MS Word format for your submission.
- Your submission must be a full paper of 4 - 6 pages using the IEEE template.
- All submissions must be made through EasyChair. If you don't have an account, create one—it’s free and takes only a few minutes. After logging in, create a new submission, fill in the required information, and upload your abstract as an MS Word (.doc or .docx) file.

Conference Proceedings

Authors of accepted abstracts and short papers will have the chance to revise and finalize their submissions before the final submission for inclusion in the e-book of abstracts. For reference, you can view the URC2024 Book of Abstracts. SRC2025 Abstracts and Short Papers will be published in the SRC25 e-book of abstracts.

Publication

SRC2025 Accepted Abstracts and Short Papers will be published in the SRC25 conference proceedings. All accepted conference full-track papers and the workshops co-located with them will be submitted to IEEEXplore and Scopus for inclusion.
