To know the meaning of persistent hunger, its causes, the impact of hormones, and nutritional advice to avoid hunger.

The session will talk about?

  • Is feeling hungry normal?

  • Is constant hunger a problem?

  • What is the effect of body hormones?

  • What is Ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and what is its effect, and the factors that increase it?

  • What is leptin? its job? And its effect?

  • What is the food that helps release leptin and Leptin resistance?

  • What are the causes of permanent hunger?
