Registration Deadline: March 1^st, 2024 - Closed.

Registration Amount: AED 500/-

Required registration fields:

• University details
• Details of the Team Coach (ID, Name, Email, etc.)
• Details of each Team member (ID, Name, Email, T-shirt size, etc.)

Terms and Conditions

1. Avoid paying for your services through a third person/party or by using a credit card in the name of someone other than the designated university representative for the team participating in GPC 2024.

2. The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full and submission of the completed online registration form.

3. Once registration and payment have been processed, a confirmation email will be sent within 2-3 business days.

4. Organizers hold the right to cancel and/or reschedule the conference for any reason (including, without limitation, by reason of Force Majeure event).

5. No refund will be issued to the participants after completing payment and registration.

6. No-shows and cancellations made after the conference date will not be subject to refund.

7. If the conference is canceled or postponed by organizers for any reason, participants will be notified through email, and the full fee will be refunded

8. In case of dispute by the original card owner, the person/party or company benefiting from such payment for the service will be legally liable to imprisonment and fined as per clauses 10 & 11 of UAE Federal Law No. (2) Of 2006 on The Combat of Information Technology Crimes. Subject to Zayed University Applicable Terms and Conditions, Zayed University shall be entitled to debit the Customer's credit card account or recover any amount by any other means, including any upfront payment due on any Service or Product offered through Zayed University.
