Biography: As head of Customer Advisory Office, EMEA, Hichem leads a team of experts who engage with leading companies across EMEA NEWS on their Enterprise SOA strategy aligning customer's business and IT strategy with SAP's platform capabilities, supporting the customer over the entire Enterprise SOA adoption program and demonstrating the value of Enterprise SOA for customer's business with the objective of creating Enterprise SOA customer showcases.
Hichem has more then 9 years of experience working for SAP in various roles, ranging from software development for globalization topics to application consulting and program management in the areas of CRM and SRM and last but not least NW business development.
Today Hichem and his team work closely with CIO's across Europe to understand their business needs and align that knowledge with SAP’s platform strategy. Besides customer engagements, the advisory office evangelizes Enterprise SOA on SAP world tour events as well as on various SOA enterprise architect forums. Moreover, the Advisory Office creates and rolls out early Enterprise SOA content tailored to the needs of the SAP Field and partners.
Before joining SAP, Hichem has been working as a physicist at Thomson CSF (Paris), where he also did his PhD, in developing high-performance semi-conductor diodes.
