[ Who Should Attend ]

The Zayed University EMC is meant for a select few. Program standards are high and strong performance is required from participants in each of the six seminars. Ideal candidates will be mature, motivated individuals having several years of upper-level management experience, who have shown outstanding promise within their organizations.

The language of instruction for the EMC is English. Applicants must possess a sufficient level of English language proficiency to be selected for participation in the program. Candidates will be asked to interview in person with an EMC admissions committee to determine proficiency in English language as well as other qualifying attributes. Each applicant must also obtain permission to participate in the EMC from his or her organization. Permission means participants will be granted necessary time away from work to attend each of the three seminars offered in the UAE and also to attend the final three seminars offered over a two-week period at the Yale School of Management in the United States.
