Costs                           

Conference delegates pay a subsidized registration fee of only US$ 200. This includes the full three days of conference activities, lunch each of the three days at Madinat Jumeirah, Gala Dinner, desert barbecue evening, full conference pack and documentation, and transportation between Madinat Jumeirah and selected hotels.

Zayed University will cover the cost of hotel accommodation for student attendees coming from outside the UAE. This will be based on four nights (March 13, 14, 15 and 16), and on a double occupancy basis. Students will be asked to show proof of student status at check in.

Non-students will pay a reduced hotel charge at selected hotels.

Spouses of conference delegates pay a fee of US$ 150. The spouse package includes the Gala Dinner and the desert barbecue evening. Spouses will pay the same subsidized rate for hotel accommodation as non-students.

Special conference rates of up to 50% have been provided by Emirates airline on flights to Dubai. To receive the "Women as Global Leaders" conference discount, contact your local Emirates office and ask about their special offer for delegates to the "Women as Global Leaders" conference of Zayed University. You will have to supply proof that you are attending the conference to actually receive the discount. Your confirmation e-mail letter will suffice.

• We encourage all delegates to shop around for the best flight deals to Dubai. Some suggested sites that may offer special student/youth discount rates are Student Universe and STA Travel.
• All delegates are expected to arrange and purchase their own air travel.
