Student Accommodation

Zayed University will provide double occupancy accommodation for student delegates not residing in the UAE at one of the following four selected hotels for March 13-16 (four nights). The University will place students according to hotel availability. Students will be asked to show proof of student status at check-in.

All rooms inclusive of tax and breakfast.
Hotel visa arrangement charge: AED 300 (US$ 82) per person
Spouses staying with student delegates must pay an accommodation charge of AED 225 (US$ 61) per night.

Non-Student Accommodation

University-arranged accommodation is now fully booked.

Non-students desiring other accommodation options may make their bookings and visa arrangements directly with other hotels. Transportation will not be provided to and from the conference venue. Some suggested possibilities include

Conference and Hotel Registration

1. Register and pay the conference fee.

2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation notice confirming your registration.

3. Register for your hotel accommodation Zayed University will book student accommodation according to availability.

4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your hotel booking.

5. Book your air travel on the carrier of your choice.

6. If you need to apply for a visa in advance, make arrangements. Check your status here.

7. You will receive periodic e-mails keeping you in touch about what to expect as the conference date draws near.
